Gem’s Honeybuns Sales Policy

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required via Venmo to reserve a specific bunny.
• Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price.
• No bunny is considered reserved until a deposit has been received. •Reservations take place when the bunnies are approximately 5-6 weeks old. About a week prior to public reservations, I will reach out the families on our waitlist. Any bunnies not chosen through the waitlist will then be made available to the public on the official reservation date that will be announced on my social media.

• Families on the waitlist will be contacted in the order messages of interest were received.
•We make every effort to accurately determine gender; however, errors can occasionally occur at this young age.
• We do not guarantee specific colors, markings, or show/breeding potential •Personality develops over time and cannot be guaranteed.

• Prices vary based on color, markings, pedigree, and overall quality. Prices range from $250-$400
• Pricing is determined by Gem’s Honeybuns and is non-negotiable.
• Full payment must be completed before or at time of local pickup. •For non-local pickups, full payment must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled transport. If payment is not completed within this timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited and the bunny will be offered to the next family on our waitlist.

• Each bunny is thoroughly health-checked and leaves our care eating independently and in good condition.
• We are not responsible for health issues caused by stress, diet changes, improper care, or environmental factors after leaving our rabbitry.

• Gem’s Honeybuns does not personally transport rabbits.
• We are happy to coordinate with trusted pet transportationservices when available.
• Transportation fees are separate from the bunny’s purchase price, are paid directly to the transport company and are approximately $130-$150 per rabbit.
• Once the bunny is transferred to a transporter, Gem’s Honeybuns is no longer responsible for travel-related risks.

• Proper housing, nutrition, veterinary care, and companionship are required.
• Rabbits are sweet pets and should be treated as valued members of the family.
• Failure to provide appropriate care may result in refusal of future purchases.

• Gem’s Honeybuns reserves the right to refuse a sale or cancel a reservation at any time if we feel the arrangement is not in the best interest of the bunny.

• By placing a deposit, joining the waitlist, or purchasing a bunny from Gem’s Honeybuns, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this sales policy in full.
